    MarketReplay does not update Charts

    I am a user of the NT7 rel.7.40 and I have the NT7 installed in two computers.

    Every day I download the replay data and copy these same data to the two computers.

    I am with a problem with the MarketReplay on a computer.

    Some days the charts, SuperDom and T&S are not updated with the information of MarketReply. In the Frame Replay the time is run but the Charts, SuperDom and T&S are not updated. On the other computer, using the same files ( a copy) of the Data Replay, it is ok, it is running normally.

    What may be happing?

    Thank you for your note.

    A reset of your instrument database should resolve this. This will ensure that the internal setting for the instruments are up-to-date with server specifications.

    To reset your instruments please follow the steps below.
    • Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
    • Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
    • Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection.

      I reset the instrument database but the trouble continued. Some days it is ok, others don't work.

        Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

        Include ticket number 2080235 in the body of the email.

        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
        • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
