    Can't connect NT7 live data

    Hello,
    I haven't had live data for a while. This evening I downloaded the latest vs of NT and got the info for the live feed. As I attempted to add a connection I noticed first that Ninja Trader Continuum was not listed as a provider. I tried the other provider combinations but of course those won't work. How do I get Ninja Trader Continuum as an option?

    Thank you for your post.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email. Please email them to [email protected] Attn: Dennis Platform Support Request 2081080
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to an email
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      So my last issue was that I'd signed up with OneUpTrader's service a year ago. When I tried to get the free download from NT7 a few months ago I still had OneUpTrader key on my machine so installing the Continuum data feed was not an option. I'm trying to get familiar with NT8 now and I signed up for the free download and data but my machine still has the OneUpTrader key and I can't get the Continuum data connection. How can I get a new key so that I can get the new data connection?
