FDAX not updating on chart and dome.

Hello
just downloaded ninja on a new computer. I am trading FDAX and it is not updating on chart and dome. Other products do like ES and NQ etc.
i did reset instrument, database, cache. Nothing.
Please help.

It s NT7. Never had this issue before.

Based on the information you've provided, I suspect that you're either not connected to any data, or that the connection you have is not enabled for real-time FDAX data. We'll need more information to diagnose why you're experiencing this. Please answer all of the questions below:

• What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
• Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
• What FDAX expiry is selected? The current front month is FDAX 03-19
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

It s the latest version 40. Just downloaded it.
green corner conected to continuum.
3/19 i also tried 6/19. And still doesn t move.
no errors on screen. ES and other products update normally. I also installed nt7 on my VPS and same thing happens..everything else works but FDAX. It s a demo acoount.

The futures demo connection provides real-time data for popular US futures. FDAX is not a US future. If you want real time for FDAX or other EUREX instruments, you would need a paid data subscription to receive real-time FDAX data.

I have just used FDAX yesterday on a demo account on a different computer. I know about the subscription, i have it on a live account. That is not the issue.
When NT starts and connects, the chart gives me the present price on FDAX, including the day performance, but it does not update after that. Can you help? Or what is going in here?

That is expected when your connection does not have real-time data for a particular instrument but is connected to NinjaTrader's historical data servers. Historical data is loaded up to the moment of the data request, then no real-time data prints because the connection is not enabled.
