    Pending Order

    I have a pending simaccount stop order that will not cancel...How do i remove it...?
    Also i tried to run my replay function this am and the box that holds the pause / start menu will not show up on my screen...it shows in the bottom windows tool bar but when you click on it to bring it up on the screen nothing happens...hence I cannot start the replay running.....I have reset the database....also I have reinstalled NT twice....I have had a number of continuing problems with the current release....is there anyway to wipe the slate clean and start over...maybe with a new license key...?

    Hi Paul,

    You can remove the order by resetting your Sim account under Tools--> Options--> Simulator tab--> Reset

    In addition, if you want to start fresh, send me a note to support and I will send you instructions.

      The reset removed the pending order but I still get no replay control box...so I am sending the email as instructed..
