    Nothing Loading

    Have been off trading for 18 months. I have NT7 lifetime, connected to CQG but nothing is loading. Should I re-install?

    Thanks for writing in to our Support team and welcome to the NinjaTrader support forum!

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please include a link to this forum post in the body of the email and put ATTN Alan S in the subject line.
