    Unable to cancel order

    Hi,

    I get the following message from NT7 after an order target is filled:
    "CQG, Unable to cancel order 'XXXXX': internal error affected order: Buy X Limit @ XXX".

    This message is shown only after placed order is filled with an ATM strategy and NT7 is either closed or is left open during the weekend when there is no live connection.

    Furthermore, it looks like the target filled order creates a new set of brackets that are shown on the chart. Only after I disconnect from CQG and reconnects these brackets are gone. Cancel order results in the same message. Cancel all orders does nothing.

    How do I fix this?

    Hello Yaron,
    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

    - Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
    - Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    - Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    - Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

    Within the body of the email please add:
    ATTN RyanM
