NT7 doesn't connect properly to real Interactive Brokers account

Hi, I am having some difficulties when trying to trade with real money with NT7 linked to TWS. When I connect the TWS in the real account, I open the configured real account of IB (on NinjaTrader) and connect it as well, but when I make a trade it doesn't appear on the Interactive Brokers webpage, I mean, the amount of money in my account doesn't change. For example, if I earn 100 € in a trade, it is not showed in my real account, like if I was still trading on the simulated account.

What can I do for solving this? Thanks

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Christopher, I've got an email that says: You will need to lease or purchase a live license key to be able to trade your Interactive Brokers account.
So, in order to trade with InteractiveBrokers (real money, not simulated) through Ninjatrader, do I really need to purchase a NT license?
