    No installation possible, Error message

    NT 7 is no longer started.

    So I uninstalled NT 7 and wanted to reinstall NT. But now I always get the error message : "An error occured while attempting to create the directory: C:\Users\xxxxx\Documents\Ninjatrader7\bin\Pats

    How do I get the installation?

    Hello Torso,

    This may indicate a Microsoft Windows File System permissions issue.

    Have you reached out to a professional computer repair specialist about this?

    Can you create a new Windows User Profile and install NinjaTrader?

          Hello Josh+ChelseaB, yes, it was probably a Win10 problem.

          I've tried everything to repare Win10. Restore point, then sfc /scannow, restorehealth, new user account. Everything hadn't helped.

          At the end the hard way: Last I have reset win10 without deleting the personal data. Now I could install NT in the old NT7-path. And, all old settings, tradehistory, workspaces, ...are preserved after the NT start.

            if I have done it, I have created several different profiles and in the end I get the same error, as I must proceed to install the software

                It is solved is an error that produces the default configuration of windows defender, looking for the error in google appears the solution that I see no support from ninjatrader knows, incredible but true.
