NT7 not opening

Hi I've been trying to open ninjatrader7
I get these pop ups
first one say
cant open todays trace .txt
when I click okay a second later another popup appears
'unable to recover custom.dll, please reinstall NinjaTrader'

I've tried reinstalling but it says unable to reinstall
I've restarted the computer a number of times, I've run windows updates and defenders virus checks and Avast virus checks I've uninstalled avast and re-ran defenders but NinjaT wont' start.
the Only thing I've done is replace my mouse - a Logitech g402, and any auto updates over night
Any ideas??

Include ticket number 2106389 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
