Tick chart appears with overlapping and random spacing bars.

Hello,
I'm running into issues when loading a Tick based chart, the bars appear to be overlapping on each other and have random spacing. It's hard to explain so I'm adding screenshots of the problem. This only happens with tick based chart. Daily, mins, and the rest work fine.


I can always set a template to fix the issue, but when using Strategy analyzer all the backtests calculated are wrong because the tick data is incorrect.

I have tried restarting, clearing all the historic data but nothing seems to fix the issue. My last resort would be completely uninstalling Ninja Trader; but I really don't want to do this.

I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20180208.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20180208.txt"
