    Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

    Include ticket number 2111636 in the body of the email.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

    Glad to assist. Can you please confirm the Merge Policy in use? Please go to Tools > Options > Data tab to verify the merge policy. If not set the same, please sync and restart > right click on the chart > Select Reload All Historical Data to test for issue.

    CQG demo, different quotes

    Hello, when I connect to CQG, different quotes (price charts) are loaded for some instruments. Ninjatrader 7.0.1000.40. (on 39 is the same).
    For example, it happens on tool 6B 03-19, as an example, I made a screenshot of 6B. This problem was not noticed before on the previous contracts.
    When connecting to HDS1.NinjaTrader.com/31654 and HDS2 servers and HDS3 and HDS10 servers, there are uploaded different prices.
    I have the same problem - on a PC and laptop, on different demo accounts.
