Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?
To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-> Mail to Platform Support in NinjaTrader. Put '2111788 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

Order request rejected on Live Trading (NT7)
Hi, I've recently opened an account with NinjaBrokerage, leased a license key, and set up the NinjaTrader Continuum configuration. I tried to live trade (with the real account) and I received an error message: Order request rejected, please contact customer support [Order parameters are invalid] affected Order... Is it because my account is not enabled to live trade yet?Tags: None
