ninjatrader7 problem

hi.....am trying to download and install ninjatrader7 on my pc..(win 7 . p4. 2G ram)...when i download the the setup.exe file for ninjatrader 7 and want to open it i receive the following message on my screen

hi.. after a struggle during 4 days to find a solution to this problem..... finally i found it.......
this problem can be solved by downloading windows update that are related to Net framework 3.5.1
and installing it on your PC or laptop .....
hope this will help any one who will face the same problem.....
