    NinjaTrader7 on Win10 - problem to connect

    Hello everyone!
    I would like to ask for help with this problem:
    i have Ninjatrader7 on Windows 10 and trying to Get Connected on demo - I put login and password (correctly for sure) but it si not running; window looks like be frozen and nothings move since 15 min. What should I do?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post. The first thing I would recommend doing is shutting down NinjaTrader (if possible) and then restarting your modem/router.

    If you have an antivirus/firewall installed you will want to add NinjaTrader to its exceptions list.

        Yes, we have seen similar behavior occur when some settings need adjusted within Parallels.

        First, please launch your Windows virtual machine and go to Configure > Options > Sharing. If the folders are set to be shared, first uninstall NinjaTrader.

        Go to Start > Control Panel > Add / Remove Programs > Right click on NinjaTrader 7 and select "uninstall." Complete the uninstall wizard.

        Next, please go My Documents folder and delete the NinjaTrader 7 folder.

        After this, go to Configure > Options > Sharing again. Now unshare the folders, save the settings. Shut down and restart the Windows virtual machine.

        Once this is complete, you will be able to download and run NinjaTrader successfully from the link below.

              Thank you for the post.

              So that I may more accurately troubleshoot your connection, please send an Email to [email protected] with your log and trace file.

              You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support

              Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
