    Hello neverwas,

    Thank you for your reply. We received a few similar reports this morning, but our IT team has looked into the issue and it is now resolved.

    Please retry your upgrade using the steps below.

    First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
    Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
    Enter your license key and press Submit
    Select 'NinjaTrader 7'
    Select 'Download'
    Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

    If you are still unable to perform the upgrade, please email platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and reference ticket number 1853743.

    upgrade to 70.0.1000.37

    I have been trying to upgrade to 70.0.1000.37 for last 2 days, get nothing but failed to download message. Are the servers working?
