Won't permit search

I've tried searching several terms in this support forum, but each time recieve a message that the search cannot be done because it must be at least 4 words in length. This message comes up even when I use 4 or 5 words. Thanks.

I just searched a 5 letter word and it worked. Try it again. If it does not work please tell me what word you are searching with.

Yes, if the word is too small, the search engine will request that you increase the word length.

I searched "New version available message" and got the minimum 4 word response.

I also searched "New version available message error", to make up for the three letter word "new," and still am told it must be 4 words long. Thanks.

It is because "New" is only 3 characters and not 4. The words need to be at least 4 characters not the word count of the search.

It is not amount of words but length of characters in the words. "New" is only 3 characters. You need 4.

This problem still persists, no matter how many words of 4 letters or greater I enter. Any ideas? Thanks.

Please post what you are searching exactly.

All words must be over 4 characters long.

For example: "I work at NinjaTrader"

...would not work because "I" and "at" are not 4 characters long.

It looks like any word of 3 or fewer letters automatically causes the search to be rejected, no matter how long the other words are. I have to say this doesn't make things easy, and makes more postings necessary.

You are correct all words must be at least 4 characters long.
