    Unable get to SKF historical data from barchart.com

    Trying to back test a strategy using SKF, with the period set to seconds, results in the following error:

    "Error on loading chart data for 'SKF Default'. Unable to download historical data. Error retrieving response from the server / The operation has timed out."

    The instrument appears to be configured correctly, can anyone who has this working with barchart.com let me know how they have it set up? Other symbols work fine.

    Could you please confirm you have both the Default and Amex exchange checked for this instrument in the Instrument Editor window and have "SKF" as the symbol mapping for BarChart.

    I tested the SKF on my end and was able to perform a backtest successful.

      Done, plus I installed the custom version of NT, and reset instruments to try and resolve the other problems I`m having. The problem persists, but if this helps to reproduce the problem, it works if you set the data series type to minutes, but fails if you set it to seconds. I was however able to load a chart earlier today requesting seconds data.

        I checked again and did a backtest using an interval of 20 seconds for the last two days and displayed results as expected.

        Could you please send me your BarChart credentials to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with "Attn Jason" in the subject header, so I can test your connection on my end.
