Start trading with Forex

I was thinking to start trading with Forex. Since I am an absolute beginner in this area, I do not know what is to have success in this area. Can someone give me some useful tips?

Are you really interested to invest time and money in Forex? I would not recommend Forex Trading for fun, you have to seriously understand that. Otherwise, you would lose everything in a short time. If you have seriously decided to do trading, then it is best to seek advice from someone who is well versed in this topic. I can recommend you to look at this site http://tradeforexinsa.co.za/. I think that the page mentioned above is one of the best that you can find on the Internet today in terms of forex trading. And one more thing, look at forums too you can find some useful information.

You are asking this in the NinjaTrader 7 forum.

NinjaTrader 7 no longer supports forex trading.

I'm pretty sure you'll need to upgrade to NinjaTrader 8 if you want to use NinjaTrader to trade forex.

bltdavid , not quite. Forex trading is still supported through FXCM and Interactive Brokers using NinjaTrader 7. You're correct that the other supported forex brokers (Oanda, FOREX.COM) require NinjaTrader 8.
