    Market Replay is not working

    Hi, I am evaluating NT 7 platform. My system works fine for what I use it for. I wanted to try market replay. My system becomes unresponsive when I select a day and click on download button. I am trying to download ES 09-19. I have waited for long time and the message appears 'Error on downloading replay data. unable to retrieve data'. The software works fine with live data. For market replay, I am following the instructions correctly. What could be the possible causes?

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2198499" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
