Market Replay is not working
Hi, I am evaluating NT 7 platform. My system works fine for what I use it for. I wanted to try market replay. My system becomes unresponsive when I select a day and click on download button. I am trying to download ES 09-19. I have waited for long time and the message appears 'Error on downloading replay data. unable to retrieve data'. The software works fine with live data. For market replay, I am following the instructions correctly. What could be the possible causes?Tags: None

Thank you for your note.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2198499" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
