    Ninja Trader 7 - 'Ninja trader application has stopped working'

    Good Day Champs,

    Just installed Ninja Trader 7 which went fine, however when the 'get connected' window is launched and either 'skip' or 'connect' is clicked, the message 'Ninja trader application has stopped working' appears and the program fails to launch. Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 has been installed. How can this be rectified?

    Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

    Include ticket number 2219022 in the body of the email.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
    Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

        I have exactly the same problem. I tried to connect and I received the same message. I reinstall the NT7 everything worked fine until I tried to connect with FXCM and CRASH - "Ninjatrader application has stopped working".
