    missing price data 2

    missing price data from shut down last night to start at 6:25am PST
    NT7 with CQG feed
    shut down and restarted NT didn't update the data.

    Same here. CQG feed. Instrument: RTY. Current price data comes in but historical data is missing from earlier this morning until the time I logged in. I already tried resetting instruments but with no result.

    Please provide some data now (even if it's only a status report and the handling will require more time).

      I have the same problem with a demo from Continum data feed.

        Hello all,

        Thanks for posting today.


        We have received word of issues regarding connections to the NinjaTrader historical data servers this morning. We are currently checking into this for more information and will continue to investigate on our end. We will follow up with you directly with more information as it becomes available.

          Hello all,

          I appreciate your patience


          This historical data item has been resolved and users are reporting success after restarting their PC's. I recommend all users experiencing this to restart their PC's and restart NinjaTrader.

          As there was historical data server issues earlier in the week, and multiple servers went down, there will be approximately an hour of missing historical data from this morning for some users. This data will be missing until it's restored during the maintenance period that occurs this weekend.

                Thanks Drew. It looks like it's fixed - whatever it was - as all price data now shows up in the chart.
