    No historical data

    Hi,

    I have no CQG historical data on my ES chart.
    Tried everything: reset + repair DB, reset instruments, deleted cache, loaded a new workspace, restarted NT7 and even restarted my PC. Nada.
    Screenshot of current state attached.

    Please advise!

    Solved either by me installing the latest NT7 or by CQG getting their stuff together.

      Thanks for your post.


      We have received word of issues regarding a historical data server yesterday morning. This item has since been resolved and users are reporting success after restarting their PC's. To start, please restart your PC.

      As there was historical data server issues earlier in the week, and multiple servers went down, there will be approximately an hour of missing historical data from this morning for some users. This data will be missing until it's restored during the maintenance period that occurs this weekend.
