No prices in SuperDOM

Hi

I use the latest version. But my SuperDom for YM does not show prices. It does for everything else.

What can I do to get it to populate correctly so I can trade?

Hello cableman,

Please check the Log-tab for any error messages.

Remove the YM from your instrument list in the Instrument Manager. Go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Reset Instruments. Add the YM 12-08 back to your instrument list in the Instrument Manager and check if this will make difference.

If not, please contact your connectivity provider and check if you are authorized to receive data for the YM.

this still did not work. I had a previous open position and I just covered through my trade desk. Neither position shows. No quotes.

i see I have an error loading ZB now too. Some of the prices are not updating.

Please tell me what the error regarding the ZB stated.

What data feed provider are you connected to?

Try restarting NinjaTrader and check if this will make a difference.

Thanks for your help Jason,

i used PATS with DTN IQ for charting.

it seems that my position disappeared on the DOM after the refresh time. Waht seems to slightly resolve the prices to show again is either re publishing the settlement or zeroing out the position.

No further assistance is needed
