Sim 101 Acct Bal. not Updating Properly

Hello, I am operating NT 7....40. I track daily net gain/loss and calculate the sim account balance rollforward on a separate spreadsheet. Last week a YM Future transaction did not update the account balance for two days. As a result I reset the account balance and tracked the rollforward more closely, making sure to periodically compare the manual rollforward to NT data. All is well until today. My account balance shoud be $15,368 yet the balance per NT7 is -115. What could be causing this disconnect. Is there a way I can investigate further?

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2251854" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
