    Market Replay

    NinjaTader 7 problem:
    When I try to download market replay data for 9/3 - 9/4 and 8/26-8/30 I get a message "There is not L1rplay data available for instrument/date".
    I have enabled - Record market for replay.
    When I connect to market replay and try 9/3-9/4 and 8/26 - 8/30, I get loading data - forever. Nothing loads.
    If I try loading other days. I get complete charts but nothing plays while the controller shows time elapsing.
    I get the same problems with CL-10 and MES-.

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2267853" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
