HDS2/3/NT7 Historical Data Not Responding

Since Saturday morning, NT7 has not been receiving historical data, for CQG/Continuum broker customers, from the Ninjatrader provided servers. NT8, which connects to different servers I believe, via HDS/hds-us-nt-001.ninjatrader.cin/31655) appears to work.

NT7 which has coding within it that seeks out HDS2 / HDS3..ninjatrader.com/31654 does not appear to be responding.

It would be fantastic if the afterhours support folks could resolve this prior to the Sunday 6pm EST open, especially since there was a major market move on Friday, and charts aren't of much use without this data. The fact that it's been unavailable all weekend is dismal.

I've just noticed that although I rarely start NT8, having done so today after weeks, it did pull in the Friday ES historical data but ... trying to reload historical data from the chart, is greyed out, and apparently isn't possible to do.

Just tried launching NT7, and the Friday historical data is there.

Typically there is maintenance on the weekend with most brokerage servers on Friday night and / or Saturday.

Please wait until Sunday after 2PM Eastern and restart NinjaTrader, as most brokerages will have the maintenance completed.
