    Login Failed:The IB you are trying to connect to is not authorized to use NinjaTrader

    Hello, im having a problem since yesterday that i can't connect to Rithmic and i get the following message




    Everything was working fine till Friday,
    I've removed Nnija and Reinstalled it twice nothing changed still the same problem,
    I've done a clean installing of windows and still the same message.

    What is the reason for this message ? and what else should i do ?

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2291484" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      Hello Chris,

      I've attached the log and trace files and sent them to the email address that you have provided.


      Things I've tried so far to try to fix the problem:-

      Have tried Removing and Re Installing after it stopped working, didn't solve it.
      Have tried fresh installation of windows 8 and fresh install of windows 10, didn't solve it.
      I've made a new trading account and activated it with Rithmic and it didn't work too.
      Flushed dns on my PC didn't solve it.
      Shutdown the ADSL router and plugged it in after a while didn't solve it.


      Will be waiting your reply either here or through the email,
