My volume and tick data is not complete

    Hi, Im having a trouble with tick and volume data charts ;
There is about 1 hour at the end of session missing, and this happens with ES and TF ( if I change to ZN, YM, or other the chart is complete ).
I tried to repair db but this was useless....

    Any help ?

PD : version of Ninja 6.5.1000.6 & zenfire data provider

    Hello,

What time period are you missing? Can you provide a screen shot of what you are describing?

    Try right clicking the chart>Properties>Reset.
Also, right click the chart>reload historical data.

        Hello,

Enable the data box (5th icon from the right) and put your cursor over the gap so I can see the date etc. then send me a screen shot of this.

            Hello,

I get the same gap up. This is the data that is being streamed from you connectivity provider. There is nothing I can do about it. Gap's up do occur especially when the market opens.

Im having the same issue from several days ; in volume or ticks charts i have holes in data from yesterday's close to first minutes of today.
              Check 10,000 VB on ES.
My broker ( using zenfire datafeed ) answer is :
“Ninja is having trouble storing tick and volume data for ES since the volume has quadrupled. It reached the limits of the database and they are upgrading to a new infrastructure this week to accommodate it. They should have it again soon.”
              ... Is it true ?

Changes were made over a week ago to correct this issue.

                - Set your session start time/end time to 12:00 AM to 12:00
                - Right click in chart and select "Reload Historical Data"
                - Do you still get a gap?

Can you post an image of what you are seeing? I have a 10,000 volume bar chart from Zen-Fire and all the data is there.

                      Here is a screenshot.
I have no time restrictions on the chart properties, and it happens all days with previous day data ( i can see overnight data of 2 previous days in this same chart, but not yesterday's )

So if you right click in the chart and select "Reload Historical Data" do you get the same thing?

Yes, it is the same in my 2 trading PC's and 2 other friends living in different time zones told me they are having the same issue. ( But nobody cares about overnight data)
Is it not happening to you ?

I get a different looking chart than you do. We will look into it. The data is there on the server, that is not the problem.

I just checked this thread because I to am having this problem with my tick charts.

I had been having this problem for the last few weeks and noticed that others had been having the same problems. I them noticed that we were notified that the issue had been fixed. I had no problems with this again for a while but I did notice it again today(Oct. 15th).

Extremely annoying when trading and relying upon Pivot Points/Support & Resistance levels that are calculated solely upon the previous days data.

p.s. Another truly irritating annoyance is the fact that the SuperDOM is not keeping up with the days High/Lows.
