    Hi. I can’t understand why the price on my brent chart is not updated. Dom also does not work. Hepl me, please

    Thank you for your post.

    So that I may investigate further I would like to take a look at your log and trace files.

    You may do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 2307633 ATTN SpencerF.

      Hello,
      Since this morning I too have a problem with chart updating.I have CL 11-19 on the chart.I run NT7 1000.40.Thank you.

        This could be due to a few things, so I will need to take a look at your log and trace files as well.

          Hello,
          I tried to send these files but I receive message "unable to uppload attachment files to support server.Please try again later"
          By the way few minutes ago the charts started to update again.

            Hello Jurase,

            Thank you for your post.

            You may also send these files manually by following the steps below:
            • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
            • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
            • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments in an e-mail to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com
              • Please still reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 2307633 ATTN SpencerF.
            • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
