    NT7 Setup error

    When trying to install the NT7 setup I have the following error:
    Failed to download NinjaTrader.
    I already tried downloading the antivirus and the firewall
    Please help me

    Please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com so that we may provide a private direct link to the msi installer.
    In the email please include a link to this forum thread.

      Hello luisk94,

      We have not yet received a message from you, but I have sent you a link to download NinjaTrader privately over email. The message was sent to the same email address you used to open the forum account.
