Hello,
Thank you for your post.
Please follow the steps below to send your log and traces files to me so that I may look into what occurred. Please send them to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com
Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Hi, I opened my ninjatrader platform (latest version) and the Bar times indicator is set to zero. Do not count the time 00:00:00, but the most curious thing is that the data of the one minute chart mark me with an hour of delay (example: in the chart they mark the candle of prices the hour 13:10 and the real hour It's 14:10).
I have uninstalled the program, I have returned to ask for a new password and user to rule out faults. But it is still the same.
can you help me?
