Experiencing "Failed to download NinjaTrader" and also "Failed to verify" indicates a local firewall issue and/or an issue with your ISP specifically between your PC and our servers.

This doesn't mean that your internet isn't working. This means that your internet isn't working when specifically trying to access files or addresses on NinjaTrader's servers.

Please contact your ISP and find out more information about how you can unblock Ninjatrader.com addresses. Specifically:

• license.ninjatrader.com
• license2.ninjatrader.com
• all sub-domains of ninjatrader.com

Good call Patrick. Something called tracer route problems. Not sure when or if I will hear back from them. Or if they will fix the problem promptly. I will get back to you when something happens. thanks very much for your help. Scott

Amazing....they fixed it an am now downloading NT 38. NT is now up and running and connected to data. I never would have guessed the problem. Thanks for your help Patrick. You have lots of patience dealing with neophytes. Even though I used to put statistical problems on punch cards back in the early 70's. Have a good weekend. Scott Jimmerson
