    Chart has shifted

    Hi. Today I changed the time on the computer from UTC + 3 (my local) to UTC-6 to make Chicago time. But the grid on the chart and the chart itself has strangely shifted. How to make everything right?

      Hello Amitabha,

      Thanks for posting to the forum.

      Charts within NinjaTrader 7 are based off of your local PC clock therefore in order to change your chart time to CST you will be required to change your Local PC clock to CST as well.

      With NinjaTrader 8, you are able to change the PC clock and Ninjatrader 8 timezones independently.

        Hi Now I have a new problem. I want to exclude the night sessions from the chart and leave American sessions only.

        I created this profile in the session manager and activated it. But now, for some reason, the last full American session on December 4-5 disappeared from the chart. The last session on the chart is December 3-4. My local time gmt+3. Help me please.

          I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files for this new issue. These files contain diagnostic information related to what is occurring on your platform that will help us resolve this issue in a timely manner.

          Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

          Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
          Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
          Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
          Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.

            Thank you very much for the help, Marco I tried to completely restart the Ninja and the session appeared. I so apologize for the time taken
