    no bar timer, no orders (simulate and real)

    I was told that the data do not appear because my registrations was not complete, so I delete the message in order not trouble the community ;-) thank you very much

    Hello Azucena,

    Thanks for your post.

    I have moved this post to the Platform Technical Support forum since the Indicator Development forum is used for creating/developing custom indicators.

    If you are not seeing Bid and Ask data shown in Chart Trader, this would mean that the instrument is not receiving realtime data. Please ensure you are connected to your data provider, you have real time data enablements for those instruments, and you are viewing the current expiry.

    If you do not see order entry options, it can be for the following reasons:
    1. A live license key is not entered in the platform (Control Center > Help > License Key)
    2. A connection is not established to your broker/data provider
    As for the BarTimer, please ensure that your PC clock is in sync in order to use this indicator properly.

    Please use the steps below to change/check your Time Zone and sync the PC clock:
    • Shutdown NinjaTrader
    • Right-click the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop
    • Select Adjust date/time
    • For Windows 10 click 'Additional date, time, & regional settings' -> then click 'Set the time and date'
    • Select the 'Internet Time' tab at the top
    • Set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update.
    • If the message that appears says successful your PC clock should now be updated.
    • If not, select a different server from the Server: drop-down and try again (repeat until one of the servers is successful)
    After updating the PC clock, please restart NinjaTrader, then right-click the chart and select Reload All Historical Data.
