Historical data of today on Eurex

    Historical data of today on Eurex

    Hello,

    when I opened platform this morning, all historical data of today on Eurex were lost, I am receiving just in real time.
    Data are present until friday. I have closed and reopend several times, same problem on FGBL and FESX

    Please, can you fix this problem?

    Thank you for your post. What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

    Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

        Thank you for your reply - Testing on my end, I can confirm I am seeing the same via Continuum. I will report on our end and follow up when more information is available.

        As a note, it does not appear this affected NinjaTrader 8, so the data should be able to be loaded there without issue.

            Thank you for your patience while we looked into this. The issue does appear to be resolved in most cases at this time. Please use the steps below to clear the data cache.

            To clear the cache, please close NinjaTrader and navigate to the following directory:
            *
            My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Db


            Delete the contents of the cache, tick, minute and day folders. Now, when you restart NinjaTrader and connect to your data feed, NinjaTrader will load new data.


            Let us know if you see the same after taking these steps via PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.
