The error indicates that NinjaTrader is still running.
Ensure NinjaTrader is fully closed
- Right-click the Windows Task Bar -> select (Start) Task Manager
- Select the Processes tab -> click the Image Name column head to sort by name
- Find and select NinjaTrader.exe -> click the End Process button
It may be that a 3rd party or custom script in the workspace is preventing NinjaTrader from fully closing.
