Hi Chelsea B
When I select an instrument the New buttons is grey, when I highlight a contract and press new nothing happens. No error message appears. I’ve tried it with all contracts and nothing happens. The right side of the data series window is just blank

Thank you for your reply.
Are any instruments listed in the bottom left of the Data Series window for selection? This is where to-be-plotted instruments should show.
I have provided a link below to our Help Guide that goes over how to edit data series parameters.

Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.Eric B.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Hi Eric B
Nothing is in the bottom panel, you can’t add them either, it was working fine on Saturday night but around 10pm gmt it just wouldn’t allow you tho add a contract

Thank you for your reply.
Sorry to hear that didn't help. To test, please shut down NinjaTrader and go to the Documents > NinjaTrader folder on your PC. Rename the "UI" file here as "UI.old" > restart and please try opening a test chart.
We look forward to assisting further.Eric B.NinjaTrader Customer Service

That action allows me to add an instrument to the bottom left panel, I change it to a daily chart becauce it's EOD data, I press okay but no chart shows.
I close the blank chart and try to add an instrument to the bottom left panel with no success, right window stays blank too.Last edited by simonspencer; 07-16-2018, 03:26 AM.

Thank you for your reply.
I see, is the Control Center sized to the monitor? When this is in use, its possible for the chart to open behind the Control Center. Right click on the Control Center > Verify Always on Top is not selected, then minimize.
If you still see the same, are you using NinjaTrader on a standard Windows PC? Are multiple monitors in use?
Please go to Start > search "Table" to verify the Tablet mode settings are set to Desktop.
After opening a chart, please try also hovering the mouse over the NinjaTrader Task Bar icon to verify if any window opened.
We look forward to assisting further.Eric B.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Yes the control center is sized to the monitor. There are charts there when you first open Ninjatrader up, 3 in total.
It's a windows 7 but on a tablet version.
