    Account Performance

    Hi, there is a little bug in the account performance with Mode Points if trading currencies futures: you could see that almost all stats are 0.00 due to some bad rounding somewhere

    is it possible to have it fixed please?


    I know that all the development is on NT8 only but this is just a quick bugfix

    * Who is your data provider?

      Hi Ryan,


      * They are live trades done on Sim101 Account
      * Data provider is CQG

          Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.




          Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so we may investigate this matter further.

          *
          Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
          *
          Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
          *
          Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
          *
          Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

          Please include ATTN RyanM in the email body.

            just for future readers info this is how this was "solved":

            Currently this is an item updated within NinjaTrader 8. At this time there are no changes being made to the NinjaTrader 7 account performance. This item is not a bug, but is a limitation of account performance.
