    stuck orders

    i have some stuck orders in and i cant get rid of them. its happened a few times. is there any way to get rid of them without resetting my simulator? Seems like there ought to be a way to delete them tried to cancel all orders but these wont go away and you cant move them or do anything with them. using ninja 7

    Hello brickwalr,

    Thank you for your post today.

    Currently, the only way to erase the stuck orders is through resetting the simulator. The reason being that, resetting a simulation account will clear all historical trade data from this account thus clearing the stuck orders.

    Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account.

    From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
    Select the "Simulator" tab
    Press the "Reset" button

    The orders should be cleared after this process.
