    CBOT over CQG Continuum not updating

    Hi,

    Just done a fresh install of NT7. I am getting EUREX updates fine but CBOT is not updating, When I reload the chart the data is fine but then no refreshes, for example ZN 06-20.

    Based on the information you've provided, I suspect your connection may not be enabled for real-time CBOT data or there is a local issue with the instruments in your NinjaTrader installation.

    As a platform troubleshooting step, please reset your instruments:
    • Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
    • Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
    • Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection.
    If this does not resolve the symptom, please contact your data provider and confirm your data subscriptions.
