    Basic Entry Not working

    Hi, I just started using Ninjatrader and I connected my FXCM broker account into the platform..
    But I got problem with using the "Basic entry tolll"

    When I open the basic entry, i cant click on the "account" bar to choose the right accout, and I can't pick an Instrument, when I click on the instrument, none of my instrement appear,
    (PS: I use the free platform, i dont have the paid package)

    For an instrument to appear in the instrument list in any window, the instrument must be added to the Default Instrument List. Follow these steps:
    • Control Center > Tools > Instrument Manager
    • Ensure 'Default' is selected in the 'Instrument lists' drop down list in the upper left-hand corner
    • In the 'Available master instruments list', find and select the instrument you wish to add
    • Press the '<' button to add the instrument to the list
    • You are now complete and can press the 'OK' button.

      Thanks you for the help, I add the instruments with no problem but it still not in my Basic entry, and in the Basic Entry I cant switch the account, it lock on "Sim101" account. That weird because im connected to my FXCM account

        This is because you do not have a live license key entered into the platform. If you have a live license key, please follow these steps:
        • Disconnect from all data feeds
        • Go to the Control Center > Help > License Key
        • Replace the existing simulation key with your live key > OK > Restart NinjaTrader
