    problem loading continuous contract..

I have some problems in loading data from continuous contracts..
specifically when I try to download data (for contracts ## - ##) in some instruments I have holes in the data, for others (as in the case of gold) I have no more data since the last rollover ... this does not happen when I try to download the front month.
I attach a screenshot of this...
in the pictures Es has full data, CL and RB have an hole until 6 am and GC is completely empty! this not happen with single expiry month...
    can you help me??
    thank you

    Hello kantkant2,

    Thank you for your note.

A reset of your instrument database should resolve this.

To reset your instruments please follow the steps below.

Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
    Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection.

If you still see the same, please reply along with the data provider in use. This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Please feel free to write in with any additional NinjaTrader items we may assist with.

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
        *
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
        *
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        *
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.

Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
