OneUp Trader Account Balance Not Showing

    OneUp Trader Account Balance Not Showing

    Hi, I had just moved into a new office and set up my Ninjatrader.

    When I connect to OneUp Trader evaluation, the Cash Value / Account Balance is blank.

    However the Cash Value / Account Balance is showing for the Sim101 account.

    Is it some firewall / ports issue?

    Appreciate your help.

    Thank you for your post.

    Glad to assist. The cash balances are at times not updated until there is a trade initiated on the API. You can force these balances to update by placing a buy limit order several ticks below the current market price on your live account and then immediately canceling the order.
