    Thanks for the help.

    Not exactly sure what I did to fix it, I was messing with a lot of things.
    But on my last go it connects without the VPN now.

    Has TDA ever blocked anyone from their data feed consumption?

    This is rather strange.

    I can connect using a VPN on this particular device (Private Internet Access), but without the VPN I am unable to connect.

    I have reset the DNS as you specified and that did not fix the issue. I have tried setting static IPs for this machine and that did not fix it either.

    I have disabled the firewall and anti virus.

    Any other idea's?

    Since its only happening on one particular PC, we need to isolate what is different about that PC which is causing the issue.

    When you said you would be reinstalling, were you referring to NinjaTrader or something else?

    Try some general networking troubleshooting:
    • Clear your DNS - Open the Command Prompt and run this command: ipconfig /flushdns
    • If you are not already and the option is available to you, connect to the internet using an ethernet cable. Wireless connections are significantly more unreliable.
    • Ensure exceptions have been added into any firewall/antivirus/backup programs for the (My) Documents/NinjaTrader x foldesr.

    Same issue after reinstallling.

    Version 8.0.15.1

    Tried 32/64 bit of NT8 and 32 bit of NT7 on this machine and cant get any of them to connect.

    Error message that is displayed in modal
    "TDA: There was a problem connecting to TD Ameritrade: Unable to connect to the remote server ConnectFailure (Logon failed)"

    In log the same message is displayed.

    This seems to be only related to a single computer on my network.
    I have tried 2 separate computers both on my network and off and both allow me to connect to TDA.

    The one device effected i have restarted and tried both NT7 & NT8 and they both fail to connect.

    I am going to try reinstalling and see if this fixes it...

    I am able to connect to TD Ameritrade, so I do not believe this is a universal issue with TD Ameritrade and NinjaTrader. I'll need to know more about what is occurring on your end to determine why you're experiencing this issue.

    What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.X.0)

    Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

    Does the issue persist after restarting your PC?

    NT8 stopped connecting to TDA yesterday.
