I'd like to reset my Sim101 Account and change commission values..

I watched a video that indicates this can be done from the accounts tab. I do not get an ACCOUNT config window as in the screenshot. All I get is "GRID" when right-clicking..

May I confirm you are right-clicking on the Sim101 account row on the Accounts tab of the Control Center and that you are not right-clicking in the blank area or right-clicking a different account.

In this screenshot, when I selected the SIM101 row, it highlighted the row in BLUE, then right-click produces the GRID popup..

The video you first posted and the instructions I linked in the help guide are for NinjaTrader 8.

The screenshot you have provided is for NinjaTrader 7. (As the video linked was NinjaTrader 8, I was under the assumption this was simply posted in the wrong forum section)

To reset the Sim101 in NinjaTrader 7 click Tools > Options > Simulator > reset.

In NinjaTrader 7 commissions can be applied in Tools > Options > Commissions for the account connection type and instrument type.
