    replay by daily chart

    can i replay by daily bar, not by minute bar?
    what i mean is when i replay, one bar represents 1 day

    You can load a daily chart and use market replay, which will assign each trading session it's own bar.

      thanks, should i connect replay first? if i connect replay first, how to load daily bar?

      when i connect replay, the time moves by second, not by day

      also, how to load a daily chart and use market replay, and how to assign each trading session it's own bar.?

        Thanks for the reply.

        I apologize, I misunderstood the original question. Unfortunately there is no way to playback data day by day. Market replay is limited to playing data back on a second by second basis, though you can adjust the speed at which it does this.

          is it possible to create an indicator to do that? then I can ask somebody to help me with creating an indicator to replay daily bar with speed setting

            Hello supermht,

            Unfortunately, no, the playback connection cannot be connected with a script, and the playback speed cannot be altered with a script.

            Further, the Market Replay does not have the functionality to be able to playback daily data. This uses Market Replay data (a solid recording).

            I have submitted a feature request on your behalf to be able to playback daily data in the market replay. Once I have a tracking ID for this request I will post in this thread for future reference.

                thanks, it would be great to make it available, since i have a large group of members, i am going to train them with ninjatrader. thanks
