    NinjaTrader 7.39 tried several times and not able to connect with AMP / CQG ? ? ?

    Thank you for your post.


    Glad to assist. Our teams are aware of the issue and are currently looking into it. We are receiving reports that restarting your computer, modem, and router resolves this issue. To troubleshoot the connection issues, I recommend the following steps. Test after each step to see if the issue is resolved:

    Restart NinjaTrader
    Restart your modem and (if applicable) router
    Restart your PC
    Clear your DNS
    Open the Command Prompt
    In the command prompt, run this command: ipconfig /flushdns

    If you are not already and the option is available to you, connect to the internet using an ethernet cable. Wireless connections are significantly more unreliable.
    Ensure exceptions have been added into any firewall/antivirus/backup programs for the (My) Documents/NinjaTrader 7 folder.

    If the above steps do not help, contact your ISP and let them know you are experiencing a highly unstable connection. An issue of connectivity may exist on their end.

    If the issue persists after completing all of the above steps, please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.




    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
    *
    Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    *
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    *
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    *
    Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

    We look forward to assisting further.

      Failed to login too with Ninjatrader 8.0.15

      Why is that?

        Currently using Nt.8 tried those steps numerous times still unable to connect via continuum.

          cant login

          On my End the same. Can`t login. So please clarify the Situation because its not possibel that we have all the same Problem in diffrent Countrys and the Problem is on our end.

            Thank you for your reply.

            We are still investigating the cause of this issue and are waiting to hear back from CQG. There are no further updates at this time. I would suggest periodically restarting the platform along with your modem/router for further troubleshooting. We will update you when we have a confirmed resolution from CQG.

                Same problem here. 9:47am in Germany. 2:47am in Chicago.

                  Login failed.

                  Good morning:

                  I can not access to my account in Ninjatrader 7.0.

                  I tried to connect to my account, but a tab appeared with the following message:

                  "Login failed. Un speciefied error has occurred. Please contact support desk"

                          Seems to work again. 10:37am Germany. 3:37am Chicago.

                          It would be nice to hear what the cause of the issue was and get an update.
