I have a lifetime license and I use NT v7.0.1000.40 (Live)
When I try to connect to my data provider I get this message:
"Login failed: The FCM you are trying to connect to is not authorized to use Ninja Trader with CQG"
I followed the connection guide but the I do not have Continuum in my Provider pulldown list which I suspect is the problem (see attached screenshot).
I did EVERYTHING as instructed and today even tried for the second time to enable my market data and even recieved an email telling
"Your Market Data Enablement request has been completed.". Still I can't connect.
I am falling in between the chairs here, getting dozens of useless emails from your guys, throwing at me connection guides I already tried.
Please assist asap,
