    cuando trato de conectar los datos me aparece este error.

    So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)
    • Was this connection working previously? Or has it never worked?
    • Does this symptom persist if you restart your PC?
    Also, please provide a screenshot of the message you're referring to:
    • To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.

    • Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

      Hello,

      I use Ninja 7,
      the connection was perfect until last friday.
      i reboot pc but the problem continue.
      i restored windows in a previous point but did not work.
      i installed ninja 8 but the conection keeps in yellow and stays in that way.

        Please write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with a link to this forum post with "2671090 ATTN PatrickG" in the body. Please also follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
        • Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 7' folder
        • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
