Strategy without an opened session

Hello all!

I would like to know if there are some way to set an stretegy on without an opened session in Ninjatrader 8. Is it necessary an enabled session in one computer in order to launch a strategy? Any other possibility?

Thank you for writing in.

A strategy may be enabled after market hours, however, trades will not be placed until the market session opens and data starts processing.

When enabling a strategy outside of market hours it is best to have the strategy's start behavior synchronization off. If a strategy's start behavior is set to synchronize orders will be submitted immediately outside of the session causing the orders to be rejected and the strategy to be disabled.

Further, please note when using the 'Wait until flat' start behavior, Exit on close actions will occur when the first tick opens a new session, causing the previous session's last bar to fully close.
